nickname: Doctor Whings, Wingy (this is how YOU guys are supposed to nickname him)

Age: 2000

species: time lord fairycat

Regeneration: 12

personnality: crayzy, outgoing, hard for him to forget something, curious, serious, brave, clever/ intelligent

Other: An alien who comes from the planet Gallifrey. He can traveled through time and space with a "bigger on the inside" spaceship called the TARDIS. He originally comes from the "human universe" But after geting into a vortex by accident through his 11th regeneration, he got himself into another dimension and regenerated in the form of a fairycat which is an unknown species to him. Now he travels with his fairycat companion, Stelly Fyer (ONLY when she'll be 15 years old!).
This character is a crossover between "Doctor Who" and Stellyf-c's fairycat species.

Also, it's been since 2012 i've created him. I've post his first ever picture on the 24th of december on a flipnote called "random draw/ 3". So this is why he doesn't really look like Peter Capaldi (the 12th Doctor). Though i added some sort of lines on his eyes for doing a small reference. ewe
